Web Museum Development
The Seavington History Project arose because we noticed other villages had either written books or created web-sites about their village history. Nothing at that point had been published for either of the Seavingtons. It was not our intention to do a definitive history but rather create a collecting point for the social history of the villages.
Ry Coffman and Carolyn Farler who live next door to each other in School Lane, initiated the project together with Nicky Wotton and once the idea of a Web Museum developed Eugene Mulligan our Web Master from Upton Lane joined the Project.
